SHEET METAL LASER CUTTING
The fibre laser engines AMADA ENSIS-AJ, using 3 KW diode modules, generates an high quality laser beam for an unmatched cutting performance.
Equipped with Auto Collimation system, for unrivalled laser beam spot control. Moreover, the AMADA’s original “Variable Beam Control technology” allows to adjust the laser mode, this system can process different materials and thicknesses with a single cutting lens.

LOADING AND UNLOADING SHEETS AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
The automate system AS-LUL is used for the automatic loading and unloading of sheets to and from the AMADA FO-laser (flying optics lasers), and stores both raw material and finished products. Suction cups allow loading of different material types and thicknesses 24/7.
TUBES LASER CUTTING
The machine is the Lasertube LT7 by BLM Group, configured 24/7 to ensure a continuous productivity.
The orientation movement of the cutting head allows you to achieve unimaginable productivity, especially when cutting thin-wall materials and small size manufactures, and it also offers the right flexibility during the products’ prototyping phase.
With the LT7, you can equally easily cut round, square and rectangular tubes, special sections and open profiles weighing up to 18 kg/m and with a diameter from 12 mm to 152.4 mm.

BENDING MACHINE
The bending machine AMADA HFE3i is the latest evolution in hydraulic drive press brakes. The machine is equipped with highly innovative systems and multi-touch screen interface to improve productivity. The processing precision enables the production of very high quality batches, at low energy costs and with an unrivalled process stability.
